Suioo Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 01, 2026 Effective Date: June 01, 2026

Welcome to Suioo. Suioo ("we," "us," or "our") provides VPN client, account, subscription, order, dedicated IP selection, and related support services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suioo website, applications, and Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not register an account, purchase a plan, or use the Services.

1. Description of the Services

Suioo provides eligible users with a VPN client and network services associated with subscription plans. The Services may include nodes in different regions, global proxy, smart routing, dedicated IPs, account management, orders, and support features.

Features offered through different plans, regions, device platforms, network routes, dedicated IP resources, and payment methods may vary. The application, website, order page, and server records control. We do not guarantee that any particular server, region, IP address, speed, latency, availability, or compatibility will remain available at all times.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity and qualifications required to enter into these Terms. You must ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws, regulatory requirements, network rules, and contractual obligations applicable in your location, residence, point of access, destination, and any other relevant jurisdiction.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority necessary to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, email verification codes, authentication tokens, and device access, and for activity under your account.

You may not sell, rent, lend, transfer, share, or permit unauthorized use of your account, plan entitlements, VPN credentials, or dedicated IP selection credentials. If you discover unusual sign-in activity, credential disclosure, or account misuse, promptly take reasonable steps to secure your account and contact our support team.

4. Subscriptions, Orders, and Payments

Plan prices, currencies, terms, available features, connection limits, bandwidth, regions, and availability are as displayed when an order is created and as reflected in server records. By submitting an order, you confirm the selected plan, amount, and payment method.

Payments are handled by the payment provider displayed on the order page. Payment authorization, charges, failures, reversals, refunds, disputes, exchange rates, taxes, and billing issues may also be governed by the payment provider's terms and applicable law. Unless applicable law, the order page, or we expressly state otherwise, order status and activated entitlements are determined by server records.

Except where required by law or expressly promised on the payment page, refund eligibility, refund amounts, and refund processing for completed orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on order status, benefits already used, payment-channel rules, and applicable law. You may contact [email protected] from your registered email address with order questions or refund requests. Orders purchased through a third-party app store may need to be refunded through that app store.

4.1 Apple App Store Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase a Suioo subscription through the Apple App Store, the subscription name, duration, services included, and price are displayed on the applicable in-app purchase screen and in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

Apple App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your device settings under Apple Account > Subscriptions or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period.

You may use the in-app Restore Purchases feature to restore an eligible active Apple subscription to your Suioo account. Deleting a Suioo account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; you must cancel the subscription through Apple to stop future charges. Refund requests for Apple purchases are subject to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.

5. Dedicated IPs

Plans identified as "Dedicated IP" may require you to select an available region and address before ordering. Region and address lists reflect resources available at the relevant time only and do not guarantee a particular region, address, inventory level, long-term reservation, or continuing availability.

Dedicated IP selection credentials may become invalid due to inventory changes, expiry, account status, security checks, payment status, or service maintenance. In that case, you may need to retrieve the available list and make a new selection. Where necessary for service, security, compliance, or operations, we may replace, migrate, suspend, or discontinue a particular address or region and will provide an explanation where reasonably practicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, network-abusive, or harmful activities, including:

  • Violating applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, regulatory requirements, or third-party rules;
  • Distributing malware, phishing, fraud, spam, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, intrusion, or security testing;
  • Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, personality, trade-secret, or other lawful rights of others;
  • Unlawfully collecting, selling, disclosing, tracking, monitoring, or publishing another person's personal information;
  • Circumventing authentication, plan limits, billing, access controls, or other security measures;
  • Operating an unauthorized public proxy, relay, exit, forwarding, or resale service; or
  • Using abnormal automation, persistent resource consumption, bulk forwarding, or other conduct that harms service stability, fair use, or other users' experience.

You are responsible for determining whether each use complies with applicable law and third-party rules. VPN services do not constitute legal advice and do not relieve you of your legal responsibilities.

7. Service Changes, Restrictions, and Suspension

To protect security, stability, compliance, or the user experience, we may, where reasonably necessary, maintain, upgrade, replace, add, reduce, suspend, or discontinue Services, features, nodes, regions, plans, dedicated IPs, or payment methods.

If we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, a payment irregularity, suspected fraud, a security threat, harm to others, a legal requirement, or another material risk, we may take measures proportionate to the risk. These measures may include requesting verification, limiting features or connections, suspending entitlements, or suspending or terminating an account. In urgent cases, measures may be taken before notice; where appropriate and practicable, we will provide an explanation or appeal channel.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on internet service providers, cloud and network infrastructure, app stores, payment services, device manufacturers, or other third parties. Third-party services, pages, content, and networks are provided by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that third-party services are available, accurate, secure, lawful, or suitable for your particular purpose. You assume the relevant risks when accessing third-party resources through the Services and must follow applicable rules.

9. Privacy

Our processing of information about you is governed by the Suioo Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you understand that we process necessary information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property and Limited License

The Services and their software, interfaces, text, icons, branding, trademarks, technical materials, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license necessary for your personal and lawful use of the Services, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you.

Without our or the relevant rights holder's prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, sell, redistribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Services or their content, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

11. Feedback and Support Content

We may use the bug reports, suggestions, reviews, and other feedback that you submit to improve the Services. We do not acquire ownership of your original content; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

Except where necessary to resolve a support request, do not send passwords, verification codes, complete payment credentials, another person's sensitive information, or other unnecessary confidential information.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, compatible with all devices, networks, websites, or regions, or that any network transmission will be completely private or secure.

A VPN may help protect network transmissions, but it cannot eliminate all risks arising from device infection, phishing, account compromise, endpoint misconfiguration, network restrictions, or third-party services. You should keep your device and operating system updated and take reasonable account and device security measures.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or network availability.

Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law remains unaffected. This section does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or liability that applicable law expressly prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or your infringement of a third party's rights, results in claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, or reasonable expenses against us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless.

15. Changes to These Terms and Termination

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, security, operations, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the website, application, or another appropriate method where reasonably practicable.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and submit an account-deletion request through available account features. Termination of the Terms or closure of an account does not affect payments, disputes, legal retention, intellectual property, limitations of liability, or other provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.

16. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure or delay in enforcing a right under these Terms does not waive that right.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. To the extent permitted by law, we may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms as necessary for business, restructuring, merger, asset sale, or service-operation purposes.

17. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, your account, an order, subscription, refund, or use of the Services, please contact us from your registered email address:

  • Email: [email protected]

Please include your account email address, order number (if any), and relevant context. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete payment credentials.

These Terms, the Suioo Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any supplemental rules expressly displayed on an order page together govern your use of the Services. Consumer-protection rights required by applicable law are not affected by these Terms.
